Over more than two decades, he has built software businesses, led enterprise transformation and turned complex strategies into practical execution across government and commercial sectors.
As founder of PhoenixDX, Pedro grew the business from zero to more than 150 people while maintaining profitability, sustained double-digit growth, low attrition and no debt. The company became part of the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem, opening a new chapter across Australia and SEA.
Today he works selectively with technical founders, CEOs, boards and investors navigating the difficult transitions of growth.
